REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

In case you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the goods without giving us a reason within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date in exchange for a refund or store credit. 

To return an item, please send us an e-mail at info@mija.world to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return is processed and afterwards will arrange a substitution for the returned item.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@mija.world to arrange an exchange or repair. Unfortunately we will not be responsible for damages that were caused by lack of attention or care from the side of the customer. Also we will not process returns of items that were damaged by incorrect treatment at the dry cleaners. 

Please note that we will not proceed returns of any discounted item.
